Payment Terms and Liability Disclaimer for Security Consulting Calls
By scheduling a security consulting call, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via Calendly’s integrated payment system.

All payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by the consultant.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled call, subject to availability.

If the client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the payment will be forfeited.
2. Scope of Consultation

This call is for advisory and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

Recommendations provided are based on available information and industry best practices but do not guarantee security outcomes.
3. Limitation of Liability

The consultant provides guidance on an "as-is" basis and does not assume responsibility for the implementation, execution, or consequences of any actions taken based on the advice given during the call.

The client acknowledges all security decisions are their own and assumes any associated risks.

The consultant and affiliated parties are not liable for any damages, losses, or breaches resulting from the client’s implementation (or failure to implement) the guidance provided.
4. Confidentiality

The consulting session does not establish a client-consultant relationship beyond the session itself.

No sensitive, classified, or personally identifiable information should be shared during the session.

The consultant is not responsible for any data breaches or security incidents arising from information disclosed by the client.
